“I am a "groomer" but bought this for our personal Yorkie. He had allergies and his skin is always hot and itchy. As a groomer I have access to and have used MANY products, but this, shampoo and conditioner, are the "heat"! I believe it is important to leave on the entire 5 minutes (I probably did 7 or 8), but his skin has been cool for almost a month. Time to do again now, but a month!!! “I accidentally ordered the Conditioner, but I’m so glad I did! One of our dogs has coarse hair and he also happens to be our itchiest dog. The Conditioner really makes his coat much softer and the skin lotion seems to help when I apply it to his itchy spots. He does seem to like the taste of it so to keep him from licking it all off, I add a drop or two of DoTerra Myrrh essential oil because it tastes horrid! Note: use caution when using store bought essential oils as some contain perfumes and may not even be EO at all”
