We are so sorry that your packages have been mishandled by the courier! We replied to your emails from 10/8 and 10/19 letting you know that we'd get a replacement right out to you, did those come through? If you're not getting our email responses, you may need to check your Junk folder. We have a package currently en route to you and used 2nd Day Air, so hopefully it will arrive soon! Please keep an eye on any shipping updates that are emailed to you (you may have to check your Junk folder for those as well). We truly do make, mix, bottle and pack all our formulas ourselves here in St Augustine, FL. It's a lot of work and we put a lot of heart into making our products, so in a perfect world they would arrive safe and sound each and every time. The reality is that we have to rely on other companies, like couriers, in order to get our products into our customers' hands, and can't ever guarantee that they'll care for the packages the way we would, but we will always do right by our customers!

We wanted to check back in and let you know that your most recent (replacement) package is currently out for delivery today. You should have received tracking emails with the full tracking number included if you'd like to keep an eye on the progress. Please let us know asap if there are any issues with the package once it arrives!
