“I haven’t had time to try the shampoo yet, but am disappointed I haven’t heard from the company yet after emailing them about the damaged bottle with lost contents I have used the lotion before and was very satisfied”
“I might change my review when I receive my products, but right now I am not impressed. I purchased Equiderma at the recommendation of a friend because I have a very itchy horse. I placed an order for 5 of their products, so spent over $100. I placed my order on June 16th. Today is July 14th and I have not yet received my order. I received an email from someone at Equiderma on June 26th (10 days later!!!!) to inform me that one of the products in my order is back ordered. Then I finally received an email on July 10th with a tracking number stating that my order was finally shipped. Still have not received it. I can understand that products can be back ordered. But this should have been stated at the time I placed the order and not informed of the fact 10 days after I placed the order. In addition, the other products should have been sent to me. Not delay the entire purchase because one product was BO.
I'm really not impressed with the way this has been handled. After spending over $100 on these products, I had to spend more money on other products in the meantime to help my poor itchy horse.

“I have heard many great comments about these products and believe they work on fungus types of skin conditions. So when my horse gets scratches or rain rot I am confident that they will work. However as I break down my horse’s problem it is a mystery. Only one side hive like skin problem.😩”
“My mare is a rescue, she developed some severe skin issues and allergies. After getting it under control with the vet prescribed, very expensive, medicated shampoo and spray I decided to see if Equiderma would work to keep it under control. So far it's working nicely. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I had some issues with shipping. The Zinc Oxide Paste was cracked and the majority of the product in the box. I called about it and sent photos, but I have not received a replacement. I called and sent the photos in on September 27.”
“Did not like it. Very little lather w shampoo. Conditioner left tail dry. Product produced heavy dry skin flakes My horse is a reiner and has a very thick and long tail/mane. I do like the skin lotion. This was my 3rd bottle of it but will not reorder shampoo/conditioner.”

“Other than having to wait for certain ingredients so you could make more zinc, the only other small thing was that the cap on the conditioner came loose and it was a bit yucky in the box and the container. Maybe it needs to be taped
