“Still have not received this product which was ordered October 12th!!! Who knows if the product is worth a darn. Already bought a different product to fix my horses scratches since this company obviously can not ship stuff in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed. I would suggest purchasing your horse related items somewhere else. Also can get products that work on scratches for a much cheaper price and actually receive the product elsewhere. Buyer beware”
“All the products arrived well except the Zinc cream. All those that arrived were in good order and work well. However, I had to ask why there was no zinc cream despite the charge for it. I was told it's on back order and I'd get it when they have it. I still have no cream despite paying for it. This cream has been awful consistency all summer long sometimes too liquid others so hard I couldn't get it our of the jar. But when it's right it works great. I now still don't have it still need it and now went back to diaper rash cream which works and spreads evenly and consistently. I can't pay for a product throw away good money on something unusable and worse order it pay for it and not get it and have faith in it.”
“I ordered the scratches power kit but only was sent the shampoo and lotion. Two months later i still have not been sent the zinc paste and no one has tried to contact me or return my emails. I have always been a good customer and love the products but will not be ordering again if i do not receive the zinc lotion that i paid for two months ago!!!”

“The Zinc Paste was not sealed, it said put a thin layer on but it was so dry it just balled up (like drying play dough) also the shampoo said lather it up good but it didn’t lather very well. I don’t know if I need to add oil to zinc paste to make it smear easier or what to do🤔 I called the number and left my order and phone number but have not heard back from anyone”
