“I am very disappointed in this product. Within hours my horses are right back to stomping and switching their tails. It does smell good. However, it is very expensive and I have to drench my horses for them to get any (temporary) relief.”
“Both my girls had a negative reaction to his spray and the shampoo and conditioner. I had to cold hose their bellies plus put them on bute and benadryl 2 times a day. My older mare has never had a reaction to any other products I have used on her in the 10 years that I have owned her. Her baby does have alergies to cedar oil but I didn't see that listed in the ingredients.”
“I ordered the Royal Spa treatment and wound ointment, over $200.00 of product on June 30, 2020. It was supposed to ship in two days. I have yet to receive the product. Tried calling and have left at least three messages and sent an email. No one has contacted me. I have received no email with an update. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional and makes me feel like this company took my money and scammed me.”
