“The last order of this product smelled different than the previous order. The quart size had what looked like brown sediment on the bottle but this would not dissolve when shaken. I left a msg with customer service yesterday and am waiting for a response. I love the shampoo and lotion, however.”

The lotion worked so well on some rain rot spots she came to me with that I purchased an other bottle to keep at home for my dogs and the occasional hot spot they suffer with in the summer heat.
