“My package was damaged in shipping on 12/7 and I have not received any notification from equiderma on when I would be getting the replacement. I only found this out when I went to track my package after noting it was taking a very long time. I've used the products and they are great. This order was not successful and I hope it gets resolved since I've paid for the products.”
