I had the 3 shipment sent and the product is the same. When I first purchased the product this spring it had a consistently of toothpaste. It went on easily. I reordered more a couple months ago and it was hard. You sent me a new shipment of a different batch number. This was also somewhat hard, I would liken it to window glazing compound. I sent pictures, you sent another shipment. It arrived, same batch number, same consistency . When I scoop it out and try to put it on my horse fur it rolls off. I have to push it on and massage it in to get it to stay. This is definitely not like the product I ordered this spring. Not sure what the problem or what to do about it.

Rediculous delays and huge lack of customer service. By the time I get the products I won't need them and shelf life is unknown. I've requested product information and order status update and have not heard back. Not happy and do not recommend the coimpany at this time. I am disappointed.”
