I was looking for a mild, natural shampoo that wouldn't dry out his skin but would be effective in washing away the flakes, and this stuff hit the nail on the head for me. I love the light, natural scent and how easily it washes out. Left his coat, mane and tail shiny, voluminous, and flake-free.
