“I purchased the shampoo and the lotion to treat the scratches on my geldings hind pasterns. I called customer service before I began to make sure I was applying it correctly and was so excited to have an answer to this painful condition. Well, two bottles in after applying every day exactly as instructed the scratches are NO BETTER. I am at my wits end. The ingredients of this stuff is just mineral oil and a couple of antibiotics, nothing magical there.”
