“The non-soap Sheath Cleaner is wonderful for cleaning a difficult area on my horse. You will get wet. It gently and thoroughly cleaned the genitals without irritating sensitive tissues. No harsh chemicals. I wish I had tried it earlier. Incidentally, I had tripped in the stall, resulting in an abrasion on my arm, complete with dirt and straw. Some of the Cleaner inadvertently got into the abrasion, so I used it to clean the area. Healing was very fast. I attribute this to the Neem ingredient.”
