“The website was easy to navigate, I was able to find what I required, the payment section was simple to navigate.
Shipping... no details, no ETA, you have to use the 'Shop' app to try and track the package, which for some reason I was unable to get it to display any information relevant to the shipping of my purchase. In the end I just waited until it arrived, a few days out I received an email telling me that eSafety Supplies had shipped the product.
It was slightly inconvenient not knowing (even approximately)at the time of purchase how long it would take before I would receive it. (The process from order to receiving took just over 2 weeks, no big deal at all.
The Shop app is rubbish, it just opens you up to spam advertising from other retailers.
