“I had to return the ramps as they were not allowed by the Body Corporate. Should have checked first!
I was having difficulties finding a courier to pick them up for return at a reasonable price. I rang customer service and asked if they could organise the return and charge me for the cost. I was fully expecting them to say No.
They called me back saying it was not a problem and was all organised and trouble free.
I would highly recommend based on the customer service alone. Thank you”
