Joker Costume Deluxe, Dark Knight™ Official Fancy Dress "Well hello beautiful!" If you are looking to put a “smile” on the face of your fellow party goers it's hard to beat one of the worlds favourite super villains; the Joker. As Batman's archenemy and one of the oldest and most lauded antagonists in comic book history the Joker made his first appearance in the Batman comic books in 1940 and has been haunting audiences ever since. For over seventy years he has tortured the people of Gotham from comics to the silver screen with roles reprised in film numerous times. He has been played most famously by the actors Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger, the latter who received a posthumous Oscar for his dark portrayal of the famous character after his tragic death. When it comes to the perfect villain the Joker ticks all of the boxes and a few more. This costume includes The Joker trademark long purple jacket with attached vest and shirt. The costume also comes with the tie and a green vest. Pinstriped trousers with elasticated waist and 3/4 mask. NOTE: Due to customer feedback we advise you to purchase the Joker wig and makeup kit in the accessories section of this page to avoid disappointment, as mask quality seems to be below par. “I would recommend this product!: I bought this outfit because I''m going to comicon on 21st November and needed a costume as my girlfriend was going as Harley Quinn.. This outfit is great for fancy dress parties and I have no problems with it except the mask.. It isn''t the best made mask so I''d recommend face paints :)”

“Good outfit : Got this costume for Halloween. It really looked the part and everyone commented on how good it was. I had seen a cheaper outfit in a fancy dress shop but the shirt and tie were just printed on, so this version is well worth the extra money. Cons - mask is a complete waste of money. I did my own makeup using prosthetics which looked much better.”

“Great fun costume gets all the attention: My son and I ran the Leeds Christmas 10k race dressed as batman and joker from escapade. The costumes were lightweight but sturdy, comfortable and only needed tiny amendments like eyehole widening but otherwise were spot on. We had some amazing comments in the run and lots of people took photos of us. At the end of the run we won best fancy dress for the two outfits. Despite the lightweight nature they were able to be ironed on a medium heat, trousers have been washed for joker and are still in great condition. The joker outfit had a plastic mask so went for face paint and wig instead as we could not run in a plastic mask. Batman fitted Chris and he is 6''2" and we had a medium, same with joker I''m smaller at 5''11".”

“Loads of positive comments! : Although the costume comes with a rubber mask, my advice is ditch this and buy the make up and wig kit, as it looks a million times more authentic. I got so many comments from people on how good the make up and outfit looked”
