“Duuuuuude!: So... first thing to say is that this costume is great fun. Once up and running, with three of us out as Leonardo, Raphael and Michelangelo it was amazing and so popular with crowds. (15+ random photos.) Even without a face mask or gloves it looks great as a group. There are however a few issues that you should be aware of-- Out of three costumes, only 1 shell blew up properly (all 3 compartments) and to the right shape. Lucky, only 1 had a puncture, which was in the rim compartment and didnt ruin the look too much. - Most of the valves didnt hold in and in some case stayed open, but the 1 way seal held for the whole day, so again it wasnt too much of an issue (just annoying!) - The shell is tied on using a belt, which is actually best tied above the chest plate thing. Overall, I''d say go for it if there are more than 2 of you. Even with the issues it ended up being so much fun, if a little hot in 34 degrees.”
