“Nice try : I used the costume for a Halloween party. I really like the authentic look and that nobody else had this costume. I got compliments for it. Even though I bought my size it was really tight and too small. The back broke immediately. The Velcro fastener wasn''t good made either. My hair stuck in it and it wasn''t too easy to put it on myself.”

“Winning Costume!: I bought this for my teenage daughter who was going to a halloween party. I was a bit unsure at first, it looked a bit flimsy, but after a good iron, it was fine. My daughter however, was thrilled because she won the fancy dress competition at the party! The only slight negative was that the cap was a bit small, and perched on her bun rather than her head!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED : bought for party , looks really good with some flour spilt on it and deathly make up , bit tight if you have larger chest , and collar a bit naff , but nothing a little thread cant put right”

“Good outfit, weak fastenings: To get this outfit to fit I took it to the menders to have a zip put in, as otherwise the weak velcro fastenings at the neck came apart when I raised my arms. Also the cap was very small (and I have a small head!) it had to be pinned into my hair. This aside it was a very comfortable fit”

“Ghost Maid costume, made me look great! : I wore this costume for a fancy dress Halloween party and had many good comments. It fitted me perfectly, although it was a little scratchy round the neck the hat was a little small, although probably due to my hairstyle. I will definitely wear it again.”

“Comfy but snug : Being on the heaviest side of the size guide, there wasn''t room for my chest, so was unable to wear the dress, although the hat, & pinny worked well with my black frilled blouse, & victorian look black skirt, so I wasn''t disappointed.”

“The Truth Behind the Bonnet.: The Outfit itself is brilliant. Its simple 3 part combo (4 if you count the neck lace) works really well and looks fairly authentic. One problem, however, could be that the velcro on the neck to both fasten the dress together and attach the neck lace. It clearly helps, however the velcro does have a habit of becoming stuck to the lace trimming itself during transit and that makes it a little difficult to unstick without damaging the dress itself. Another issue is that the sizes don''t really cater for the ''larger lady'' (S = 6-8, M = 8-10, L = 10-12), so it is a little bit difficult if, like me, you have a small stature but broad shoulders, to fit the dress well.However this really is me just knit-picking and in all honesty its a comfy, brilliant costume that impressed all my mates this Halloween!”
