“wow factor" : I wore this dress to a halloween party, had lots of good comments but couldnt wear the hat as much to small didnt even fit my 9yr old grandaughter and she only has a small head”

“Too big: The material and look of the dress is fantastic. The main problem with this is sizing. I''m a size 8 and the dress is at least a size 12-14 and the hats too small. It fits my three yr old girl perfectly.”
