“Looked authentic: [...]the straps for the arms and legs were really long but I guess this is to cater for the larger gent. They had to be tied on rather than use the velcro straps. We modified this to be a costume for Neptune with a wig, beard, cloak and trident. Looked great.”

“One of the worst costumes I own: The picture is misleading. I have the large version of this costume that I purchased for a heroes and villains party. In the end I didn''t use it for a few reasons. It didn''t fit. When done up at the back the shoulders sat uncomfortably and the base of the chest plate was too high. The picture is not of this costume. The skirt is longer and the leather tassles do not join. There''s at least an inch gap between them. There are no leather tassles on the shoulder. All in all it was a costume I didn''t want to be seen in.”

“Pictures are deceiving: The product looked ok on arrival, however all the velcro didn''t match up, ie 2 sides of the same loop, straps with no velcro at all.... had to separate some stitching and sew it by hand....needed to attach additional velcro to arm and shin guards. Once 4 inches of material had been removed from the bottom of the under smock...it was now ready to wear. certainly not worth the money. A bit cheeky calling it a Deluxe, it turned out to be a DIY costume.”

“One of the worst costumes I own: This product has been poorly advertised. I just received mine in the mail and within a minute knew that I''d been conned out of [$].The picture is not of this costume. There is no string hanging from the soulder. The sleeves and skirt are much longer and the tassles on the skirt are a deep reddish brown.There is no armor on the back. This costume only works if you''ve got your back to the wall the entire party/event.The only good thing I have to say about this is that it''s comfortable... that''s it.”
