“Far exceeded expectations. : The costume was bright and colourful, perfect fit and just right for a carnival procession! The hat stayed on the whole time and has kept its shape even dring storage.My daughter commented on how easy it was to put on and how comfortable it was to wear, even during the procession. Fab item!”
