“impressive customer service : the item arrived promptly but I was disappointed to find some of the stitching was loose and one the legs was disconnected. When I contacted Escapade, they immediately offered a refund, I wanted the item and looked in to getting it repaired. They refunded the amount for the repair and I was very happy with that result.
