“beautiful outfit: Thrilled when costume arrived , well made classical outfit , my granddaughter looks just like alice , I have purchased many outfits over the years for my 4 grandchildren , most have disappointed on quality , this costume is by far the best costume to date , I will purchase all future outfits from escapade , highly rated and recommended if you are looking for authentic , high quality costumes .”

“Good value: Bought this for my daughter for a book day at school. It was one of the cheapest outfits I could find that still looked like it would be nice enough to wear all day and age appropriate. She is 11 (but sized more like a 12 -13 yr old) so many of the costumes for children are now too small for her. Adult versions are both expensive and often not age appropriate so I was glad we found this. Size large just fitted her but I don''t think dress will fit for much longer. It is quite flimsy and gapes a little at the back as there''s only one velcro fastening, but she wore a thin white vest top underneath which kept her warm and happy she wasn''t showing her bare skin! The apron was a little big on the shoulders and kept slipping off but this was rectified by safety pinning to the underside of the dress collar. Nice that the apron is separate as gives a more authentic look. Disappointed the product can''t be washed or pressed but I guess for the price that''s to be expected and it is a dressing up outfit after all. Luckily she didn''t get the white apron dirty but if something was to stain it, you''d have a hard time cleaning it! Good value for what it is but don''t expect super quality. My daughter was comfortable in this for the whole school day (once we''d cut the scratchy label out!) so I consider it worth the buy and she won a prize for her effort so a bonus!”

“Simply perfect! : I was thrilled with the Alice in Wonderland dress I purchased for my daughter to wear to her 7th birthday party. I thought the size guide was excellent, because when she tried the dress on, which by the way arrived the day after I ordered it, even though I only picked standard postage, it fitted perfectly and she was so happy with it, she spent ages twirling around in her dress. What I loved about this dress was the fact that it looks unique and more authentic than the widely available Disney version. I was very keen to find something non-Disney, as i have based my daughter''s birthday party on the classic artwork from the book and not the films. And this design fitted the bill perfectly. A small thing though, it is a little see-through, but it is not a problem for us, as my daughter will wear the dress with white tights anyway, as the real Alice did. But other than that, we are thrilled with the dress and the quality, especially as the dress and apron are two separate pieces, which makes it much more authentic.”

“I would recommend this item : I was looking for an Alice costume for my 11yrs old daughter for World Book day. As soon as I saw it I new it was exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order and it arrived within the estimated delivery date stated. It didn''t disappoint my daughter loved it!! The costume is authentic looking,generous in size (ordered age 9-10) and looks beautiful on. Thank you Escapade you made my daughters day a happy one.”
