“Totally love it!: I bought it for my 21st party as it was fancy dress and I must say it was the best choice as hostess! Everyone loved it, the top fitted really well and bottom skirt part was the perfect length. The skirt bit isn''t as puffy as the picture but I added my own tutu under it and it just set it off. Brilliant costume.”
