“Unfortunately the item I purchased and paid a fair amount for, was of an unsatisfactory quality. The thread around the skirt hem is too tight if I pull it will break completely so the hem is bunching up. The threads are also all fraying at the base making the dress look very untidy. I would ordinarily return the item however my daughters play is soon and I don’t have time. Most disappointingly is that I raised this with Escapade and their attitude was very poor. They seem to feel this quality acceptable and would not offer any compensation or gesture of goodwill for the faulty product. However they were prepared to take the item back which is not convenient for me. It is just disappointing as I would not use company again because of this.”
