“The product is fine. Esprahomes are not. Diabolical customer service. I was lied to and they breached their contract with me. Disgraceful company trades principally as DIY Retail and I shall never be buying from them in the future. I advise everyone to steer clear of them. I'm taking them to court and reporting them to Trading Standards. They failed purposely, lied about next day delivery simply in order to secure a sale with me and refused to entertain a compensation claim they were 100% liable for.”
“The bed is easy to use and practical as it doesn't take much space.
The bed appears of good quality , and strong material have been used.
I wish the mattress was more memory foam, it is too hard.
