“Unfortunately unable to give a positive review as currently having a bad experience with the company and they are not helping to resolve.
First problem ordered a table which was was delivered as two parts, 3 days between each other.
Sent a number of emails after just the legs was sent, table top then came 3 days later.
Un wrapped table and unfortunately there was a big scratch in the middle of the table, we were due to have a party the next day so had to go out and buy a replacement table.
Took pictures and emailed next day was told that they had to call to see if it would refunded. Call who? I thought it was this shop not a middle man?!
No responses to emails, £200 out of pocket,
7 days on, still have table in the house and still not aware of how and when this will be rectified. Really bad customer service”
