“It is ot sorting the dermatitis. It softens the patch but it does not reduce it at all. Lovely gentle cream but not doing the job as I had hoped. I shall keep trying!!!”

Skin can sometimes take a little time to respond, particularly when it is feeling very dry or compromised. Skin can also be very individual, especially when it comes to dermatitis, and while many customers find regular hydration and barrier support beneficial, we completely understand that results can vary from person to person. We would certainly suggest that you do continue trying the cream, as from what you say, it is clearly helping to moisturise your skin, which is always a very positive thing.

“We first discovered this product at Devon County Show 2025. My husband is prone to dry calling on his forearms and lower legs. Almost lizard like. Having tried various creams and oils to no effect whatsoever we tried your product and within days the difference was remarkable. The dryness and scaliness had virtually disappeared.
