“I’m so impressed with these guys. They sent out the sizing thing super fast and I ended up ordering 3 rings in 2 different sizes, as the sizer put me in between 2 sizes. The rings arrived quickly, and I emailed that I needed to exchange 2 for bigger size. The response was immediate with a friendly note about they would send out the new rings along with a return paid envelope. This however took several weeks... SO I emailed an enquiry as to estimated arrival time. Turns out the rings were sent weeks earlier and went missing in transit (possibly stolen from post box). Replacement rings arrived 2 days later in express post. Impressive considering I live in rural North Western Australia. A+ for everything guys. The rings are awesome too. Favourite is the wooden one with tungsten inside.”
