ETRNL had already provided me with a return envelope in the original order, as well as a disposable ring sizer so we could be confident we were ordering the right size this time. They were amazing in explaining the return process and it was so simple! ETRNL maintained consistent contact via email so I wasn’t left wondering. From returning the ring to when my partner’s new ring arrived happened within 3 or 4 business days - they were very quick to rectify the mistake that I had unwittingly made.
