“I can’t fault the service at all. My order arrived in full, correct size and without issues within about 48hrs of placing the order. Good sturdy packaging too.
I have returned the rings though because they just didn’t quite look as refined as the website photos, didn’t look like a valuable wedding ring which is what I bought them for. I’d say I got what I paid for considering the reasonable prices but it just didn’t look how I wanted.
Again, great service and the return was simple as they put a return post label in the box and there were no questions asked.”
