I ride motorcycles, so have a lot Alpinestars gear. It's all high quality, I'm a big fan. The same cannot be said for the service, when things go wrong. I can't review this product, as I didn't receive it. Alpinestars sent a random product in it's place, and returning it was extremely frustrating. Their communication was woeful, their responses are clearly AI driven, and obviously the machine doesn't care about you. They also NEVER, EVER answered my simple question "When will I receive the correct product?". The erroneous product was pciked up by UPS, and I've had no advice whatsoever regarding the return, no advice regarding a replacement product, or a refund. I spent £500 on a jacket I've never seen, and Alpinestars still have the money. It's a real shame, because I'm heavily invested in the brand, the products are so good, but they don't care about their customers, and when things go wrong with their e-commerce process, it's painful.
