“The Gen 2 remote works will but can be hard to see sometimes, its biggest Issue however is the fact that if you drop it, it splits down the center Very easily.”
“It's a great remote except for one thing: it's so fragile. A note to Evolve and their suppliers: please, please, please build this more solidly and with something to absorb impact (like the case on a phone).
In the same way that a phone is occasionally dropped, this will be too (I don't mean in a falling-off scenario, which I haven't done yet!). I dropped it when picking it up in the hall to go out. A 1m drop onto a hard floor. Te case split open and the dead mans button fell out (which I could fix), but the screen no longer works at all, hence buying this new one. C'mon!”
“Purchased this remote to replace the original one purchased with the board as a small hit on the remote sent it into pieces. I love the board and the remote is easy to use but just think it should be made a little tougher given this is an active sport. I would buy an updated remote that is more robust for sure!”
“Broke from being dropped from desk height still works but screen burst i wouldn't recommend your remotes but there the only ones so id recommend people get a 3rd party case as you dont provide one”
