“Unfortunately I haven't had a great experience so far, I ordered the flags a couple of months ago and paid etc. A couple of months went by and I hadn't heard anything on the delivery (my event was coming up) and I needed the flags fast. I spoke to some lovely people on the phone who were very apologetic and managed to get my order made and delivered on time. I received the flags the night before my event however when I opened them to assemble the colour was wrong and was not the corporate colour that needed to be on there. I had sent the pantone handbook over so I'm not sure what went wrong.”
