“The Uncle Henry Fixed Blade Knife presents good value in a very portable package. It comes with a leather sheath, as opposed to the usual nylon style and uses clip closers on both the retaining strap and sharpening stone (also provided) pouch, rather than noisy velcro. It is shaving sharp out of the plastic packaging and feels great in my large hand. The only issue I have is the plastic packaging, would much prefer a cardboard box, The handle is made of 2 slabs of imitation stag attached by screw fasteners to the sides of the 3mm thick exposed tang of the one piece blade. I quite like this arrangement as it should prove to be a very strong blade, however a lanyard hole would also be appreciated. If you have need of a 6"(150mm) bladed Bowie style knife, at a reasonable price, this is one that I would certainly have a look at.”
