“Didn’t like the location as it was hard to navigate through the busy streets and traffic. Parking wasn’t easy either. Was told had to relocate from original destination to another location. Was asked to bring two patients to each course training but when it came time to see my second patient I was told that I would only be able to treat one patient. Was very disappointed as I had the second patient travel over an hour and wasted her time.”
“The course location was not in Westchester County as advertised, and we were not notified of the change (I reached out myself as the course location when I signed up had been listed as TBD, no one reached out to me to notify me of the change).”
