“I have purchased many Pork loin joints in the past, but I have to say I was disappointed in this purchase. Usually there is a layer of fat and crackling, but this last joint was fatty throughout the joint. I would estimate 40% of this join was fat. I will not purchase this cut again from Farmison's”
