Absolutely love this lamb! I use it for a tagine and I always get a great result. All my friends now know I shop with Farmison.

Review of Farmison & Co Poor preparation and value. What has happened to Farmison ? I have always been happy to pay the premium price for quality meat from local small suppliers. Recently, I ordered 3 x 500g packs of “diced” lamb. One reason that I was impressed with this previously was that the decent sized cubes of lamb needed little or no trimming preparation for cooking. This time it was obvious through the clear bags that there was a great deal of fat. A little is good for flavour but this time most of the pieces were 5-10 mm of fat attached to 5-10 mm of lamb. The photo shows the total yield of fat after 30 mins of trimming one 500g pack - 170g ( or one third ! ) What has happened to Farmison ?
