“Ordered 2 rack of lamb which was delivered on the day I selected with ice packs ,the racks was deliciously tender and very tasty and looked amazing prepared on the plate ,I would use again ,best lamb rack I have eaten”

“Wow! Exceptional! We have just had half of the rack (I cut it in half before I froze it as there are only 2 of us). I noticed that the rack had a lovely layer of fat on the rack so I had good expectations! I rendered the fat down before finishing the rack off in the oven. My goodness! We have never had lamb like it! It was THE BEST rack of lamb we have ever had! The fat rendered beautifully and the meat was as tender and tasty as any we have had before! We have had some really good racks from Farmison before but this one was truly exceptional! 11/10!”
