“Just follow the directions for an absolutely perfect meal for 2-4. The pastry turned out perfectly crisp. The mushroom was just the right amount to provide just an accent! And the fillet ……you could cut it with your fork! Very highly desired ( I was aiming but predictive text put in “desired “- seems it got it right!”

“The cooking instructions were clear, but the pastry needed a bit longer to cook through. The mushroom duxelles was delicious and the beef was both tender and really delicious. There was ample for four adults with healthy appetites; indeed we had a little leftover as a cold cut the following day. This was excellent value for money; I tried making a beef wellington from scratch a few years ago and it cost almost the same as the Farmison one but caused more headaches - the meat was almost raw when I came to serve it! Give me your ready made one any time - no fuss and a guaranteed delicious result!”
