“Usually i would give this 5 stars because the product is fantastic and Imhabe been buying it for years and the cost is so reasonable But since Donald Russell bought this company it has been a disaster Firstly I was told that chicken schmaltz was no longer an item that was being sold. Then Gemma kindly emailed it was being sold and had come back into stock. So Impaid for 4 jars. When it had not arrived after one week I rang on a Wednesday I was told it hadn't even been picked in the warehouse but it would be picked that day and it would arrive on Friday. When it hadn't arrived on Friday Imrang and was told the same thing - it hadn't even been picked but it would be picked the following Monday and would go out for delivery on Tuesday - they did arrive on Tuesday and are fantastic products. I just hope Donald Russell can get its act together and work much better for FARMESON whose products are fabulous and their service was amazing.”

“I used to use locally sourced chicken fat for roast potatoes. When I moved house I was unable to find CF. So I was surprised and delighted to find Farmison & Co on the internet. So now that I can buy jars of their excellent chicken fat my roasties are highly acclaimed. I would highly recommend Farmison’s products which are good value for money, they are delivered quickly a nd packaged securely. Thankyou Farmison”

“Higher flash point than most oils and with a great flavour - excellent for frying or roasting pretty much anything. Tested first on roast potatoes - a revelation!”

“This is my second order of F&Co Chicken Schmaltz. It really adds a great flavour to roast potatoes as an alternative to goose or duck fat. Highly recommend.”

“I added some to the fat I used to roast the potatoes accompanying the Farmison spatchcock chicken I was cooking and gave them a lovely chickeny taste”
