“Another gas BBQ cooking moment. Again slowly with a thick crusty rub all over it. And later we cut it up and made a lamb tagine with the left overs... always buy more than you need and make something special with what you have left (if there is anything) all the good cooking is done, all the flavours already in the meat! So easy to treat yourself... I promise I have no affiliation with this company. The produce is just always good.”

“Perfect heritage lamb shoulder. Delicious, melt in the mouth and incredible cold too. I've actually never had such beautiful lamb before. The heritage pork is perfect too. Also, thank you Farmison for your amazing customer service.”

“Best lamb I've tasted - succulent and meaty with wonderful flavour - you could cut it with a fork! Slow cooked it with a mustard and garlic crust -delicious!!”

“Amazing quality! I slow cooked the lamb for 5 hours with dates and sumac. It was just falling apart and was very rich in lamb flavour. Great fat content for a soft and sumptuous eat!”
