“Delicious, as always from Farmison. Treating animals with redirect makes a huge difference to the taste. I feel I shouldn't eat meat at all. But I like it, so if I eat it, I chose at least to buy meat that has been properly reared.”

“Lan#mb shanks, rosemary, mint, red wine, guiness, bayleaves, black pepper, carrots , celery onions and garlic. Stock added, placed in the pizza oven overnight after pizzas! Fabulous and fell off the bone-we shall order more-delicious”
