“The overall quality of the lamb was good and the meat itself was fresh and flavoursome. However, this particular shoulder had a much higher amount of excess fat than expected. I appreciate that shoulder is naturally a fattier cut and I do enjoy that, but this was excessive compared to normal and noticeably more than in my previous orders. I’ve not had this issue before, so it may simply be a quality control issue on this occasion.”
