It didn't arrive. Ordered 2 months in advance for swapped for a cheaper product 3 days in advance of delivery. Was promised I could cancel the order but it just turned up. No refund and not even a refund for the cheaper product. Will not order from them again

A regular buy for me. This time I cooked it at 160 degrees for at least four hours in cider in a roasting tin under a layer of baking paper and a tight 'lid' of foil. It was easy to shred - I ate it pulled on a brioche bun with fennel and cabbage slaw (to die for) but the pork was still firm enough to slice and it was delicious the following day with salad. Very good value

I follow the recipe tips on the Farmison site which results in easy and delicious ' pulled ' pork and while it can be pulled to eat in rolls etc it can also be sliced to eat more conventionally

This was a revelation! Cooked in the slow cooker, with nothing but an onion, and a tablespoon of water, and it was to die for!

I have had Boston Butt a number of times, but the sweet pepper rub took this to a new level in taste. Again I slow cookered thie with a veg stock, trinity of carrots, celery and onions, followed by butternut squash Green pepper and muchrooms. Friends and family have asked how it tasted and we have said for them to buy it and try it for themselves. We made 6 portions after we had taken our dinner portions.
