“Absolutely beautiful, the larger one gave a dresoanble portion for 4 of us - I followed the pan fry recipe on this website and my chef son said it was really well cooked medium rare. He did remind me to render the fat edge for a few mins and I also did a few mins on the bone edge as I didnt like the redness. Would definatly buy again for special occasion”

“Fab meat, as usual! Farmison is pricey but, with the 15% off for regular spenders, I can just about justify the spend!”
