“Excellent centre cut fillet. Good colour, lean and fine textured. Cut into 6 good sized steaks, two I used for individual Beef en croutes on Christmas Day, absolutely delicious! So tender and flavoursome, not a morsel was left on the plates. Remaining four in freezer for other occasions, certainly great value for money. Delivered ontime secure and fresh in an insulated box, altogether a truly excellent experience, thank you.”
