“Prepared by simmering, roasting and then glazing with the farmison honey and mustard glaze towards the end of cooking. I also studded with cloves. The ham fed nine of us well and had leftovers for sandwiches. The meat was beautifully moist and tasty.”

“The gammon was ok in both size and flavour but in all honesty tasted no better than a much cheaper supermarket gammon. I expect to pay more for quality and flavour but in this instance felt dissapointed given the price paid.”
