“Have done many times and this is an amazing piece of beef with great taste. Slow cooked on the Green Egg for a couple of hours and then reverse Seared over a high heat. 53 degrees rare and to perfection. thoroughly recommend!”

“The last sirloin joint I bought I would have given more than 5 stars to. This one tasted delicious and although my husband used to say you need a bit of fat for flavour, there was far too much fat in the joint. I really could only carve two slices for four people before I was having to carve small pieces. Service, website, packing etc - excellent.”
