“This is our third Traditional Italian Porchetta which has become our ‘traditional’ Christmas lunch. It is a delicious piece of pork, delicately flavoured with the herby lemon stuffing. Cooked exactly as per the instructions on the website it was, yet again, delicious. Definitely worth trying if you have never had it before”

“It’s become a tradition to have the porchetta at our ‘after’ Christmas family get together and as usual it was very tasty. Can be a little fatty but we don’t mind that”
