“The first time I've ordered this for Christmas Day and it didn't disappoint! It was delicious and stayed moist, even when cold. As usual I cook turkey long and slow in the slow oven then transferred to the roasting oven to crisp the bacon.........I always check the internal temperature! I would definitely order this again for next Christmas.........”

“The turkey cushion was exactly as described and made Christmas day catering much easier, eliminating the need for time consuming carving. And it was delicious. Delivery - which had been our main misgiving - was spot on, exactly as the carriers had promised and well packed with ice packs. It could be kept in that form until cooking. Five star rating and will repeat next year.”

“This was hands done the BEST turkey we have ever had and we have had cuts from independent local butchers and organic mail order companies over the years. The cut arrived perfectly wrapped and prepared and was so easy to roast. Succulent down to the last slice and full of flavour, leftovers kept very well and were fantastic to use for cold cuts.”
