“This was also inadequately packed in a polystyrene box with minimal freezing bags and insulation packing which were insufficient for the fedex delivery delay. The meat was ready to eat and we did risk it but my husband consistently had an upset stomach afterwards so we had to dispose of the majority of it. In addition it was extremely salty, unnecessarily so.”

“This ham was delicious. We removed the skin and cut into strips to make great pork scratch in sticks. Will definitely order again!”
